The meat broth was also so savory. It was so perfect! You sevimli add some hot sauce per your spice tolerance. However, the ingredients like meat, tendons and noodles could be a bit more generous. When I came down to the half of the soup, nothing solid remained in the bowl. The portion was big enough like the ones I had in US. Incredible meal! Would highly recommend eating here if you are in Istanbul. My personal favorite was the citrus salad but everything was amazing! We did the 7 course tasting menu + wine pairing. It was wonderful trying so many Turkish wines. I’ve Been to sushi co for couple of times every time i visit Istanbul. It’s a very recommended restaurant. I’ve tried their Thai cuisine, which is a must try . This place is a legendary restaurant. I don't know any other authentic Ottoman Empire cuisine. The food usually focuses on sweet and savory at the same time. All the menu items are consist of very traditional flavors.
